Just mix up one cake from a mix and ice it with the following

One pack of strawberry jello (mixed and set)
1 pack of cream cheese
1 container of cool whip

Mix all of these things together to make a fluffy delicious light icing to put on the cake. You can use any kind of jello to flavor icing in conjunction with whatever cake you want to make. Lemon, I am told, is also very delicious.
