4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle Lawry's lemon pepper marinade 1 stick butter bread crumbs I marinate the chicken in the Lawry's usually overnight but at least for several hours in the fridge. Melt the butter in the bottom of a baking dish (I use my oval corningware) Coat chicken in bread crumbs and put on top of butter. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes (or until the chicken is done--I always cut into it because I want to make sure) The marinade runs out of the chicken and mixes with the butter making a really neat gravy/sauce! It's not low-fat but it's yummy!!!! |
